I don't want to publish release notes for it if it isn't actually in there... sometimes after validating it on the live server, we may not like something... and we may disable it... rare... but it happens.

So depending on the complexity of things, it can take awhile to make all the decisions about what is actually in the notes. So I normally type them up, circulate them internally... and then I type up the public ones and put them on the blog.

Back when the builds were a little less-ambitious it was possible to do the build, validate, and do the public and private notes all in one day... but we are getting pretty crazy over here, so as it gets more complicated, it takes more work to do all those things. Ultimately it is my job to validate, and type up all the notes, so it also depends on if surprises come up that pull me away from those tasks as well... which happens. :)

Re: September 30th Release Notes

This is just kind of a random question, but I was just wondering why the release notes are published like 2-3 days after they actually occur?

Re: September 30th Release Notes

Good job adding/enhancing/fixing all that stuff.
Looking forward to the things yet to come. :)
