    Cool feature!

    I wonder how many of these excerpts are actually dudes.

    @Jodou:

    The internet;
    Where the Men are Men,
    The Women are Men,
    And the children are FBI agents (or Stone Phillips)

    But no seriously, there are a lot more women gamers out there than you'd imagine. I think there are more women who play as men (as to not have to take crap about being a woman) then men who play as women.

    @Jodou - If I'm a man, I think my husband has something to be concerned about. :D

    Thanks for the feature Imran, good stories here! That ROFLcopter animation is hilarious!

    You are probably right. I have been gaming online since the days of BBS Door games. It is only recently (last 5 years or so) that I have let people know I am female. I still get harassed, just not as much as in the old day. Now I just tell em I am old enough to be their mother or grand mother.

    I will admit - that Roflcopter image is BY NO MEANS MINE. It has made the rounds on the internet MANY times, and I just thought it was worth one more share-a-round.

    It's interesting and fun to see things from the other side of the gender coin. It's often not too terribly different.

    Thanks, friend.

    By the way, that's the first time I ever saw that ROFLcopter animation. Comic genius. :D

    It is nice to see more lady gamers being taken seriously..sorry, I don't call them girl gamers.

    There are plenty of real women in games, it really depends on the game. Women dislike pointless competition a bit less than men, but where there is a scoreboard, expect to find women contributing heavily to successful teams.

    There is a girl in my WAR guild.

    It's not a myth, girls play these games too! Like Zeta, I am old enough to be most of my guildies' Mom but I'm no Martha Stewart. Online games are pure stress-relief for this mama.
